Dr. Matthew Smith
DC CSCS
Practicing since 2002, Dr. Matthew Smith is a board certified chiropractic doctor, graduating on the dean’s list from the Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that he completed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University.
Dr. Smith is the developer and founder of Elite Performance Health Center, the LaZR-DCoM protocol, and the Peak Performance strengthening program.
He is a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Dr. Smith also has extensive academic experience and qualifications in human anatomy, complicated spinal conditions, auto injury treatment, and physical fitness.
He was raised in Utah and graduated from Highland High school where he played football and basketball.
He served a LDS mission in Cape Town, South Africa. Dr. Smith has a passion for being outdoors. He’s completed 54 marathons, 3 Ironmans and loves to hike peaks.
When he is away from the office, his favorite way to spend time is with his wife Suzy and his four sons: Stockton, Jaxson (and his wife Riley), Dawson and Cannon.
Dr. Jeffrey Matson DC
Dr. Jeff Matson is a seasoned chiropractic doctor specializing in sports medicine and musculoskeletal health. He has extensive experience utilizing deep tissue laser with spinal decompression treatment, in conjunction with his specific rehabilitative chiropractic techniques.
He works with athletes from weekend warriors and pro athletes, to individuals 90+ years of age. Dr. Matson is highly qualified with unique expertise in treating auto accident victims. He is a respected figure in the field of chiropractic and a trusted healthcare partner for our community seeking to optimize their health and well-being.
Dr. Matson has a wife and 2 kids that keep him busy. When he isn’t working, he can often be found competitively mountain biking throughout Utah.
